Glover Review

In Spring 2018, the Government announced a review into National Parks and AONBs in England whose purpose is to make recommendations for strengthening their existing protection and consider extending or creating more designated landscapes. Julian Glover, Associate Editor at the London Evening Standard with a special interest in National Parks, was been asked to lead the review, supported by a panel consisting of Lord Cameron of Dillington, Jim Dixon, Sarah Mukherjee, Dame Fiona Reynolds and Jake Fiennes. In Autumn 2018, there was a call for evidence to which The Exmoor Society submitted its carefully considered response.  It is hoped that the Glover Review will produce an interim report this Spring and publish its final recommendations in the Autumn.
