Set in the rolling hills of mid Devon, Wellhayes Vineyard produces quality sparkling wine on site from grapes grown in the vineyard. Our sparkling wine is made on site in an old stone barn by the traditional method, and is a unique blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Reichensteiner.
