Victoria lives just outside Molland with her artist & chef husband, George. She enjoys braving the Exmoor elements whilst swimming in the sea and rivers all year round & exploring the moor on horseback. Victoria studied Economic and Social History at Exeter University, specialising in the History of English Agriculture and from this has found an amateur interest in regenerative farming.
Her career has been spent mainly working in travel, hospitality, and events. She now runs the Curious Curator, a travel and events consultancy with projects like riding adventures, art exhibitions, and locally sourced food events.
