Take action to protect and conserve the Exmoor National Park:

Pinnacle Award Winner 2025

Congratulations to Keiran Ash of Ash Agri – winner of the 2025 Pinnacle Youth Award!

Congratulations to Keiran Ash of Ash Agri – winner of the 2025 Pinnacle Youth Award!

Keen to grow his contracting business, Keiran applied to The Exmoor Society’s Pinnacle Youth Award – created in 2012 to support innovative young people living or working in Exmoor National Park. His proposal? To purchase a seed box attachment for his grass harrow, enabling him to sow wildflower and herbal mixes directly into existing grassland – a minimum-tillage method that improves soil health, locks in carbon, and reduces disruption to the land.

When Keiran presented his business plan to the Pinnacle judging panel, he impressed them not only with the environmental ambition of his idea but also with its practicality and strong community value. His service would directly help upland family farms respond to ELMS, enabling them to access higher payment rates while improving the condition of their land. For more information or to enquire about Ash Agri’s services, Keiran can be contacted directly on 07539 032754.
