Exmoor Farms Photography Exhibition: Now in Watchet!

The Exmoor Farms school photography exhibition is continuing its roadshow and is now available at the amazing East Quay gallery in Watchet.

This beautiful seaside gallery (which also boasts a fantastic café!) will showcase photographs taken by talented GCSE students from The Park Community School in Barnstaple and The Ilfracombe Academy who spent a day at Combe Farm near Exford last May.

They were given a tour by farmer Serena Colwell – jumping streams, feeding lambs, holding chickens – and they were given tips by professional photographers as they documented the daily rhythms of a working hill farm. Very few of them had ever been to a farm before, nor had they been on Exmoor.

The photographs in the exhibition were selected by the Exmoor Farms photographer, Eleanor Davis, and offer a unique and fresh perspective of farming life. The exhibition will run from Saturday 11th January to Sunday 23rd February 2025.
